Job Description for Sales Executive-Acquisition
The Tele Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling tender-related products and services through remote means, such as phone and email. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a thorough knowledge of the tender process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to promote and sell tender-related products and services
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team or other sources
• Provide information and answer questions about the company's products and services
• Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls and emails
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
• Ensure that all sales activities are compliant with company policies and procedures
Qualification:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
• 1+ years of strong Sales experience
• Knowledge of the tender process and related products and services will be given preference
Qualities Required:

• Proficiency in the use of digital communication tools, such as phone, email, and CRM systems
