As a team manager for digital subscription sales, your primary responsibility is to lead and guide your team towards achieving sales targets and growing the subscriber base for e- Sign digital product
• Develop sales strategies: You will need to analyse market trends, identify customer needs and preferences, and develop sales strategies to drive growth in digital subscription sales.
• Set sales targets: You will be responsible for setting realistic sales targets for your team and ensuring that they are met or exceeded.
• Manage sales pipelines: You will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, monitoring sales activities, and ensuring that sales are progressing as planned.
• Monitor sales performance: You will need to monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular feedback to your team to help them improve their performance.
• Collaborate with other departments: You will need to work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
• End to End Sales Cycle: You will be handling the entire sales cycle , Client onboarding and data set up, Client Orientation , Client Success and Collection.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends: You will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive activities, and market conditions to ensure that your sales strategies are effective and your targets are met.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Qualification: Must have Masters in Marketing and sales.
