Conduct research to identify and target online communities and forums where our target audience is active.
Create and curate technical content that resonates with our target audience and positions us as a thought leader in our industry.
Analyze data to track the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, developers, and tech enthusiasts.
Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date on best practices in tech industry.
Work collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with overall product strategy.
Utilize technical tools and analytics to measure and report on performance.
3+ years of experience in community management or social media marketing, with a focus on technical topics.
Strong technical background and understanding of organic growth strategies.
Experience in content creation and curation, with a focus on technical topics.
Familiarity with social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Hacker News.
Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
