Our client, Ammeraal Beltech, is a business unit of the Ammega Group, and part of a $1B, high-growth oriented (~$330mm in 2017 to ~$970mm in 2021) global leader.
This role is located in Buford, GA and is a full-time, on-site position (NO hybrid or remote). Sorry, but our client will not pay for relocation.
As Controller for the Synthetic business unit, you will be the lead financial professional for Ammeraal Beltech’s “greenfield” (start-up) location in Buford, GA. This manufacturing expansion will support the projected growth of Ammeraal Beltech in the Americas region. As a state-of-the art facility, this plant will produce a full range of synthetic conveyor belts. In fact, it is the first synthetic conveyor belting manufacturing facility in the Industry!
You will be accountable for all financial/accounting activities within the business unit—including financial planning and analysis, cash management, tax and regulatory compliance, reporting, closings, forecasting, budgeting, CAPEX and AR/AP.
To be a successful candidate, you'll need:
-- A minimum of 6 years accounting/finance experience coupled with 1 year of management experience. Experience working with a global company is a plus
-- Experience within a full-function corporate financial organization with broad financial/accounting experience in a manufacturing company
-- Proven success in leading the financial function for a $30M+ plus business
-- B.S. Accounting—with an MBA or CPA considered a plus
-- Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems
