RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
· Establish a positive relationship with the client.
· Engage potential sellers, buyers, and investors in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements, motivations, and timelines.
· Ask insightful questions to learn about their real estate goals and pain points.
· Overcome objections and effectively articulate how we can help and what we offer.
· Maintain a detailed customer database with accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and progress.
· Set up appointments for scheduled calls with leads that are Interested.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
· Customer Service experience is a MUST!
· Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and convey information effectively.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
· Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
Schedule:
Sat 11a-2p (CST)
Tues-Fri (morning first 9a-1pm)
