Job Description: · Supports DPM and Relation’s Manager in Customer Service Activities · Owns Client Relationship · Define and track owner escalations to the Relations Manager. · Monitor Asset Management Statuses · Monitor Leasing Status/Plan for owner · Monitor Eviction Status · Security Deposit Reconciliation/Tenant Chargebacks on Move-Outs · Monitor Renewal Status · Monthly Owner Reports · Oversee & Manage Field Tech Schedules · Daily & Weekly checks of QOLs, Section 8, Code, High Priority Work Orders · Move-In Inspections · 8.0 Vacancy checks · Overall Work Order Management · Follow up on Tenant Concerns & Escalations
