• Collaborate across teams to ensure designs align with brand standards, market trends, and are feasible for production.
• Oversee product research, integrating consumer insights into the design process.
• Develop a product innovation roadmap, executing a stage-gate process.
• Create detailed design specifications using CAD tools, models, and sketches for manufacturing purposes.
• Lead vendor selection, ensuring alignment with Big Green Egg's quality standards.
• Ensure designs comply with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate product testing and development, meeting BGE goals.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback for future design improvements.
• Bring original and management-driven concepts from ideation to implementation.
