• Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding market dynamics and talent needs.
• Comprehend, clarify, and document client requirements for effective collaboration with recruiters.
• Offer expert consultation on talent acquisition best practices and emerging technologies.
• Actively support the implementation of process improvements.
• Regularly assess and monitor SLA and KPI performance on a daily/weekly basis.
• Identify potential risks and take immediate action as necessary to ensure performance targets are met.
• Maintain a proactive approach to drive continuous improvement and enhance client satisfaction.
