Job Summary:
The Account Executive is focused on follow up, presentation and demonstration, and closing of the sale. The AE will develop revenue generation by establishing ongoing rapport with current customers for growth opportunities, as well as close New Logo business through inbound and outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales of company products and services, exceeding monthly goals.
Maintain and utilize internal CRM for client contact, scheduling, sales activity records.
Develop, identify, and close new leads.
Maintain a “proactive” selling approach, through cold calling.
Conduct web-based demos for prospects, Follow up and close the deal, including account setup and creation.
Follow-up post-sale.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Track, communicate, and work incoming leads within PMAM CRM.
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
· Proven track record selling technology, software as a service (SaaS)
4+ years of sales experience
Comfortable talking to C-Level or equivalent
CRM knowledge Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Professional Skills:
Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and able to work with little direct managerial supervision
Detail oriented with focus on accuracy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
