AR/Order Entry Specialist You will be…. Entering new orders as well as change orders into NetSuite Validating new order and change order data and resolving discrepancies with internal team as needed Entering project records into NetSuite Assisting accounts receivable in invoicing our customers and invoicing schedules Entering accounts receivable transactions Managing approved new customer set-up and maintenance Working with accounts receivable to resolve collections issues and following-up with customers on past due receivables Assisting in forecasting weekly cashflow Assisting on updating monthly POC files Assisting with monthly close process (analyses and account reconciliations) Maintaining documentation for accounts receivable Assisting with annual audits Assisting the Controller as needed What you will need… 2-6 years of accounting experience NetSuite experience is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with project-based accounting and percentage of completion is a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to read and analyze financial reports Strong numerical and analytical skills Good problem-solving and time management skills Highly organized and detail oriented TREW’s story: ​ Business gets done working together.
