Duties and Responsibilities:
2+ years of accounting work experience is required!
Experience in Real Estate, and property management is a MUST!
Experience in using Quickbooks is a MUST!
Record and reconcile financial information.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports.
Prepare internal and external performance returns.
Write quarterly financial statements.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task.
