Our Agents are the face of Hallmont Property Group. Building and maintaining your own buyer and seller network for the purpose of marketing our inventory and services, you will maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company as a leader in off-market real estate.
By working with us, our clients will know you as the go to for high equity deals or quick property disposition. Whether an investor wants to tackle a new project, or a fed up landlord wants to off-load a property without the hassle of listing it, you will be their first call, offering a quick solution with our acquisition and disposition process. No real estate license is required for this role as you will be acting as a marketing/sales agent, with no transactional duties, working under our brand and marketing either are services or our inventory.
This is a fully remote position with no in-person requirements. Full-time or part-time hours.

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven track record of success in sales or marketing (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
A strong work ethic and self-motivated, with a drive to succeed and exceed goals.
Knowledge of the local real estate market, including pricing trends and neighborhood features.
Provide guidance to buyers and sellers as to what are services and products are, and offer them insight into the process
Understand the internal guidelines and strategy of the company in regard to acquiring off-market real estate
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them, based on our products
Intermediate negotiation processes
Display and market company inventory to new and established investor clients
Track, nurture, market to, and close company provided leads
Complete the necessary forms, reports, and sales management software tasks
Cooperate with sellers, buyers, and colleagues to arrange property inspections and visits
Develop networks and loyalty with attorneys, mortgage lenders, contractors, real estate agents, and wholesalers
Promote sales through advertisements, listing services, social media, networking, and events
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets, investment strategies, and investor buying criteria
Proven track of successful sales, customer service, or marketing record (preferred)
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills (preferred)
Pleasant, trustworthy, confident, with a professional demeanor
Proficient with various commonly used technology platforms, or willing to learn (Google Suite, Mailchimp,etc)
Knowledge and Skills
Sales/marketing experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of Real Estate; the local market, terminology, investment strategies, and/or some home improvement experience an asset.
