This role is distinct from a traditional recruiter's. The inviter will be responsible for finding candidates and scheduling interviews with Jeffrey.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent Identify and source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit Schedule interviews with candidates and Jeff Assemble a compelling marketing package aimed at these candidates.
Qualifications: Experience sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team What This Role is NOT: You will NOT be assessing or judging any candidate's qualifications.
You will NOT be conducting interviews to determine fit. NO job postings are to be made online. Direct invitations only. We offer a competitive pay rate plus performance bonuses that will be discussed during the interview process.
