Join our rapidly growing SaaS company as an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, working remotely in the PST-EST time zone. As part of our dynamic and high-performing Growth Marketing team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing. Responsibilities: *Craft a comprehensive strategy for both new and existing affiliate partners, aligned with short and long-term objectives. *Develop growth plans with clearly defined goals, KPIs, budgets, and projections to achieve monthly targets. *Enhance our brand's market share within the affiliate space and expand our portfolio of top affiliates and partners. *Effectively communicate performance results and provide strategic recommendations to affiliate partners while negotiating high-value partnerships. *Oversee all recruitment, activation, payment, compliance, and communication aspects within the affiliate program. *Devise commission structures and rewards strategies that deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). *Attend relevant industry events and engage in seller/community activities to foster and maintain relationships with affiliate partners. *Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and provide affiliates/partners with marketing materials and promotional campaigns. *Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and regularly meet with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy. *Conduct routine analysis and reporting on channel performance, budget, and profitability, and identify key partnerships to unlock new opportunities. Who You Are: *You possess previous experience in an affiliate and partnerships management role, with a track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar affiliate and partnership programs, either in-house, agency, or network. *You know of and have experience working with Affiliate Networks such as Partnerstack, ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, and Rakuten, among others. *You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in negotiations and client service. *Proficiency in business tools like G Suite, PowerBI, and Microsoft Excel. *You are self-motivated and results-driven and can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes. *Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are among your strengths. *You are organized, capable of working autonomously, and thrive in a remote work environment.
