At Solvo Global we are looking for a Benefits Assistant to join our team!
Responsabilities:
Assist the Benefit Administration Department with client deliverables and daily responsibilities.
Assist employees/clients with enrollment forms, ensuring they are complete and accurate
Enter benefit information/elections into appropriate sites (data entry)
Make changes to benefit elections in corresponding software and/or sites
Compile and scan benefit billing reconciliations to account
Assists with setting up informational meetings and distributing proper documentation
Provide general administrative assistance to SVP of Benefits
Other projects and duties as needed
