In compliance with local regulations and Air Liquide standards requirements in terms of Process Risk Management and reporting directly to the HSE & RM Director you will be in charge to :
Developing and maintaining the Process Risk Management program,
Developing and communicating the annual Process Risk Management plan, and monitoring its progress,
Directly or functionally supervising the Process Risk Management Representatives and ensuring that they have the adequate competencies in process risk assessment methodologies,
Developing and maintaining the Process Risk Management tracking table,
Ensuring that process risk assessments are performed and reviewed as required, with appropriate methodologies and tools, taking into account the Group risk criticality matrix,
Advising the Managing Directors on Process Risk Management issues and priorities,
Supporting the Facilities and Activities regarding process risk matters,
Providing support, notably to Facility and Activity Managers, in order to ensure the proper understanding and implementation of the process,
Monitoring and evaluating the process effectiveness, in order to determine and implement improvement actions if necessary,
Ensuring data and information related to the process performance are collected, analyzed and evaluated, and reviewed during management review meetings.
You will directly manage the Process Risk Management Representatives team and work with HSE, Operations and Projects team, visiting regularly the operating sites and contruction yards.
