Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Demonstrates a thorough understanding of accounting and bookkeeping practices
-Keeps abreast of updates to Quickbooks
-Identifies and investigates any errors or variances
-Executes weekly bookkeeping- using QuickBooks Online- to categorize and reconcile transactions
-Sources any missing receipts and documentation for all transactions
-Obtains Owner approval for subcontractor invoices
-Regularly updates job costing forms and reports on project profitability data
-Prepares and issues invoices for clients
-Performs biweekly reconciliation
-Prepares and files monthly sales tax, annual CAT tax, and 1099s for all subcontractors
-Manages accounts payable
-Works with customer service to inform of past due invoices
-Aids in the management of tax agency notices
-Prepares reports on financial metrics for management analysis
-Updates and reviews budget monthly
-Collaborates with our CPA to make any changes or adjustments
-Correspondence with Managers and Crew Leaders will be necessary
-Other administrative tasks as needed
-MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AS A REMOTE CONTRACTOR
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
-Organized, notices detail
-Knowledge of Excel
-2 years of experience with Quickbooks is necessary
-Comfortable with technology
-Ability to communicate orally and in writing English

-Laptop/Desktop with a minimum of i3 7th generation
-Headset and camera
