Organization which provide online education services for IELTS, GATE aspirants. We are looking for Business Development Executive with 0-1 years of experience in Students Career Counselling. Freshers are Welcomed.
Business development executive will be responsible for the following key areas:
*Will be required to make calls & maintain a database and present it to the reporting authority on a daily/weekly basis.
* Will be responsible for onboarding participants in the various courses conducted by our institute.
* To help enquiries to our various courses understand the courses in detail.
* Advise the prospective participants on the right course to choose.
* Explain the benefits of the courses, answer all queries and the admission.
* Maintain regular communication with prospective participants for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
Desired Competencies:
* Result-orientation, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure.
* Willingness in career counselling (in education, training & admission)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Flexible about work hours.
* Good Interpersonal skills.
* Assertive and convincing.
Qualifications:
Graduate/ Diploma
Compensation:
15000 INR Fixed + Incentives based on monthly targets.
Other Requirements: This is a Work From Home Job role hence candidate should have proper office setup with minimal disturbance.
* Laptop/Desktop.
* Broadband connection with 100Mbps internet speed.
* Power Backup.
* Android smartphone and dedicated SIM for the official purpose.
