Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
• Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those
• Ability to drive sales targets of multiple loan products PL,BL,HL,ML,LAP etc.
• Have interactions with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files. Will be responsible from file logins to disbursement, must align with bank policies & take care of compliance in each step of the process.
• Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers
• Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
• Maintain proper MIS and also give proper feedback time to time on various market related activities
• Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Have strong leadership skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range staff throughout the company.
• Be motivated and results driven.
Qualification:- Any Graduate/MBA-Finance/Marketing
CTC:- Freshers 1.80 Lac 03 Lac + Incentive(Based on Candidate)
Experience:- As Per Industry + Incentive(Based on Candidate)
