Job Responsibilities: A Business Development Officer’s main goal is to develop and execute strategies to increase company sales and profits. A Business Development Officer responsibilities include: • Manage and enhance the working relationship with a client base of MSME sales accounts • Making calls and reaching out to prospects • Arrange meetings with potential Food partners to present and demonstrate core business, new opportunities, strategic consulting, and business skills to potential Food partners • Proactively assess and validate client’s needs • Developing sales strategies and setting quotas • Ensure that all MSME partners maintain a high customer experience • Maintaining a database of contact information • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data • Performs Ad hoc duties required and assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor's Graduate of Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent • At least 1-year solid experience in BPO or Logistics is an advantage •Passion in achieving day-to-day sales using its best practices • Familiarity and experience in working with CRM tools • Proven ability to communicate persuasively, effectively, and in a professional manner via phone/email Benefits: * With Free Accommodation for those who are far from the main office.
