We provide web-based time tracking and billing solution for various industries like legal, technology, engineering, health, marketing, design, and advertising. Duties and Responsibilities: · Book product demos and training appointments based on phone and email outreach to identified leads and prospects · Generate free trials of TimeSolv software · Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified leads’ meetings with Success Managers · Sourcing & qualifying quality leads for the Sales Team · Finding the decision-maker to have a qualifying call · Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and determine the prospect's interest in TimeSolv product · Compliment calling by utilizing other written and social selling tools to engage prospects to maximize your business development efforts · Work with the marketing team, sales team, and management to identify other opportunities outside of the current prospect or product base Minimum Requirements: ·Bachelor’s degree preferred ·2-3 years phone sales or customer support experience preferred ·Knowledge of legal billing platforms preferred ·Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively ·Active listening and communication skills ·Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence ·Insightful and highly curious about prospect’s business ·Goal-oriented with a consistent record of achieving measurable goals ·High level of integrity and a strong commitment to growing a successful company ·Experience working with Hubspot, or similar CRM preferred
