Responsibilities • Plan, create, coordinate and follow up client configuration and client application new implementations as well as changes of existing ones in the windows environment performing following activities and tasks: • - Prepare requests for rollouts • - Prioritize change requests • - Create rollout plans • - Coordinate implementation process • - Keep track of request and make sure they are implemented as planned • - Participate in incident handling concerning changes • - Contribute to client configuration\application related projects • - Contribute to CAB meetings Mandatory Skills • Microsoft environment knowledge • Application Lifecycle Management • Coordination and planning • Well organized and attentive to details • Business oriented and ability to establish good relations with our requestors • Capability for ensuring that the work done complies with given specifications and customer quality requirements • Understanding ITIL processes Secondary Skills (optional) • Client area technical understanding: - SCCM Deployments and Patching - Client Configuration - Application Repackaging Required relevant experience estimated in years 1-3 years
