Primary Responsibilities
• Connect with our customers to establish relationships, deliver top-notch customer support, and turn them into brand-loyal customers.
• Establish sincere relationships with our clients and proactively pinpoint their wants and issues.
• Completely address client complaints, and in most circumstances, make sure that they are taken care of in a single call.
• Offer timely feedback and assistance in escalating client complaints that matters to customer service executives.
• Keep abreast of all pertinent corporate and product news and information.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrated ability to deliver first-rate customer service
• Outstanding knowledge of US or North American culture and customers
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• at least 6 months CHAT support EXPERIENCE
• willing to work ONSITE (Angeles, Pampanga)
• willing to work during NIGHT hours (SHIFTING schedules), weekends, overtime, and holidays (if needed)
