HIRING SALES TEAM MEMBERS
Preliminary Interview Requirements:
- Capture our attention in a one minute video submission about your past work experience.
- Great command of the English language.
Strong Candidates:
- Will have a proven track record of success in sales and hitting sales goals.
- Prior negotiation skills are a bonus
- Be enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate.
- Be successful in a short sales cycle.
- Thick skinned
- Capable of handling emotional situations in the client journey.
- Intuitive, adaptable, and solution oriented.
- Thrive in an energized, ambitious, and growing team.
- Teachable and open-minded
Non-Negotiables:
- Follow the script and company strategies.
- Consistency in generating a minimum of 3 offers per day.
- Maintaining a minimum of 3 hours of talk time per day.
- A minimum of 70 outbound dials per day.
Schedule:
- Tuesday - Saturday
- Daily Meetings / Training at 8:30am
- Must hit KPI’s in calling day
- In person at the office
- We follow the American schedule

Compensation after probation period:
- Base Salary $4,000,000 - $6,000,000 COP depending on skill level
- Commission Expectation Per Month based on 2-4 closed contracts
