About Wellbore Integrity
Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Wellbore Integrity Solutions was established by industry veterans with extensive experience in the wellbore integrity (Fishing & Remedial) market space and global operating experience in oilfield services, manufacturing and E&P. Through the assets and technologies WIS acquires, we will provide wellsite services aimed at optimizing and extending the life of oil, gas and geothermal wells. These services will include a wide range of well intervention services that extend from fishing and remedial to slot recovery, coiled tubing to final well abandonment and more.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and operate more than one type of CNC Machine. HAAS VF7 MILL set up and operate with minimal supervision. MAZAK ST450 LATHE- program machine using Mazatrol software on the machine control. MAZAK V655 MILL set up and operate with minimal supervision. WEILER E90 Oil Country Lathe- Program machine using the conversational software on the machine control. Use manual functions to improve run times and reduce non-value time.
Monitor controls and make necessary adjustments to achieve product specs and change cutting tools.
Read dimensions and tooling instructions from work orders and blueprints.
Verify conformance of machined parts to product specs.
Load and unload material and align material to specs.
Plan and perform machine operations which require complicated set ups, troubleshooting with a high degree of accuracy.
Familiarity with machines controls such as Fanuc, Mazak, HEIDENHAIN and or Siemens. Proficient in one and adaptable to in-house control.
Edit program as needed to achieve conformant machined components.
Maintain traceability of machined components.
Handle special projects as assigned.
Follow company regulations for a safe and healthy workspace.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED required
7 years’ related experience preferred
Knowledge of machines and products manufactured required
Shop math a must
Must be able to be on call and work with minimum notice
Must be able to read blueprints, technical documents, drawings, and diagrams
1st and 2nd Shift Availability – 2nd shift (eligible for 9% shift premium)
