We are looking for a Commission Sales Representative with exceptional skills in sales closing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in high ticket transactions with a track record of high monthly closing rates and income generation for their previous company. The successful candidate should have a passion for commission sales, be highly competitive, and have excellent communication skills. They should also have the ability to create value for the company culture and team.
Responsibilities:
Sell high-valued products and services with a minimum 45-75% closing rate
Continuously educate yourself on best sales strategies and invest in skills and education
Communicate professionally and clearly with customers and prospects
Maintain a professional appearance and punctuality for all appointments
Generate leads through various sources and follow up on potential sales opportunities
Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Continuously evaluate and adjust sales approach to increase effectiveness and performance
Be a motivator to the company culture and team
Requirements:
3+ years of commission sales experience in high ticket transactions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence when speaking with prospects
Clear and honest intention for applying for the sales role
Compensation:
Commission rate of 15% will be applied for the initial sale.
