📄 Job Description
We expect Compliance Officer to:
- manage, implement and control the implementation of security controls according to SOC2 (and other) criteria on everyday basis
- implement and manage an effective compliance program
- fill compliance questionaries, develop and review company policies and other documentation
- advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations
- create and manage action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
regularly audit company procedures, practices and operations and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
- ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
- resolve employee concerns about legal compliance
- create and manage automated compliance auditing and monitoring tools
🚀 Qualifications
- Master’s degree in IT, law, finance, business management, or a related field
- 3-5 years’ proven experience in a compliance officer role
- be familiar with compliance frameworks or standards (e.g. SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, BMR)
- very good oral and written communication skills and fluent English
- good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
- highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
- strong moral code and sense of ethics
