We are seeking a Contract Tech Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top technology talent on a contractual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various technology positions across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technology staffing needs
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technology talent
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in technology recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment
Proven track record of identifying and attracting top technology talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Ability to work on a contractual basis
