RESPONSIBILITIES
● Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
● Develop content for articles, product descriptions, social media, the company website, case
studies, press releases, social copy, etc.
● Write/Edit email copy to promote our products/services, connect with stakeholders
through monthly newsletters, communications with our clients, etc.
● Proofread copy for errors and inconsistencies in support of other company departments in
reports, emails, and any other communication materials.
● Create and edit original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets company needs
and deadlines.
● Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target
audience.
● Create highly shareable content
● Great storytelling skills - The ability to gather information, and hear the hidden story to
trigger an emotional response in the reader.
● Ability to convert the information acquired into readable, easy-to-understand content
tailored to their specific audience.
● Experience doing research using multiple sources
● A good grasp of narrative
● Develop ideas for content proposals (Guest Articles)
● All Content Written is highly shareable, easy to understand, triggers an emotional response,
has a purpose, and is informative.
