📄 Job Description
We are looking for a Creative Copywriter and Proofreader. If you are a proactive person with strong copywriting skills, who’s eager to contribute to the communication processes, do not hesitate to apply for this position.
You will be a part of the international Employer Brand Team that drives employee engagement and is re-shaping the corporate culture.
You will be a part of the Employer Branding & Communications team responsible for planning and executing all communication strategies related to the Devexperts HR brand. You will work closely with HR, Recruitment, Design, and Engineering teams. This position will report directly to the Editor-in-Chief.
We are looking for a copywriter who will concept creative strategies, create and proofread content for our employer branding activities. We expect you to:
- suggest creative strategies for all employer-brand-related materials for online and offline activities
- establish stable internal communication within the company (e-mail sending, corporate blogs, confluence articles, slack messages)
- write catchy and not banal texts in compliance with our rules and tone of voice
- proofread all employer-brand-related content on demand.

- 3+ years of experience in related field (copywriting, editing)
- native English speaker
- excellent knowledge of English grammar
- copywriting and editing skills
- a portfolio of digital or non-digital materials
