Send your CV to people@simplebooks.com Responsibilities • Reminding clients on the renewal of the company secretarial services. • Handling customer requests, and deliver maximum customer satisfaction. • Ability to convince prospective clients within the given timelines. • Being a good team player. What we are looking for • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala. • Should be self-motivated and problem solver. • Capable of handling customers and other routine functions on daily basis. • Excellent email communication skills in English. • Candidate will not be required to travel outside the office.
