Responsibilities
Prepare vehicles registration documents and host delivery appointments, including new owner orientations tailored to the individual customer’s needs and comfort level.
Regularly host customer in store and helping with 1 for 1 and registration documents signing and make sure to deliver superior customer service
Demonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services, as well as local incentives for EV owners.
Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
