We are seeking a passionate IT professional to join the IT Business Enablement team within the Information Technology department at this company. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: Reporting to the Principal Manager, you will: - Collaborate with business users to establish project goals for Electric Vehicle (EV) and utility retail initiatives and create project plans to deliver IT solutions that meet these goals. - Act as the primary liaison with key business user representatives, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery for assigned initiatives at the required level of quality. - Take responsibility for planning, overseeing, and leading assigned initiatives from ideation to completion, focusing on EV and utility retail projects that enhance customer experience and internal operational efficiency. - Work with the Principal Manager to lead, manage, coordinate, and coach a team, develop schedules, assign individual responsibilities, evaluate work processes, and improve the team's effectiveness and service quality to the business. - Drive overall user satisfaction by effectively coordinating and communicating project deliverables. - Conduct risk assessments, collect and analyze information and trends to track and report project performance and schedule adherence. - Ensure adherence to technology architecture and standards. Requirements: - University degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Minimum of 8 years' IT experience, with at least 4 years in a team-leading or project management role. - Possession of PMP certification and a Business Analyst certification from HKITPC will be advantageous. - Strong people management skills, solid experience in both agile and waterfall project management, solution design, and knowledge of architecture standards. - Extensive experience in managing external vendors, delivering multiple projects in parallel, workload prioritization, and software-related risk management. - Knowledge of Agile Software Development, Prototyping, Rapid Development approaches, Microsoft Azure, and API development. - Technical and domain knowledge in utility retail, CRM, and Electric Vehicle IT solutions, with experience in digital transformation, quantitative analysis, user behavior analysis, and a passion for creating digital user experiences. - Experience with SAP ERP systems is highly preferred. - Self-initiative, fast learning, creativity, and innovation, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid understanding of the business and the ability to add value. - Good presentation, documentation, and report writing skills. - Proficiency in spoken and written English. - Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage. - Strong track record of meeting project schedules. - Willingness to accept short-term overseas assignments as required.
