We are looking for a passionate and professional customer service representative who will be the first point of contact for the customers. In this role, you will attend to potential customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Providing introductory information to new customers.
Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions.
Escalating queries and concerns.
Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services.
Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Minimum of OND.
Proven customer support experience.
Multitasking and organizational skill.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
