The Hello Team is a 24/hours answering service and offshore hiring company. our goal is to reliably assist our customers to excel while giving unparalleled administration and client support. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a passion for providing assistance and excellent customer experience through our diverse communication channels. Responsibilities: - Take customer calls and provide accurate and satisfactory answers to their questions/concerns - Provide exceptional customer service, while being decisive, firm and empathetic - De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers - Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating them through the company site - Clearly communicate with internal team members on external customers requests - Perform outbound calls - Effectively manage a high call volume - Document every interaction - Perform other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: - 1-2 years of contact center experience - Property management experience preferred - Team first mindset is required - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to adapt to change - Must be able to manage multiple tasks and lines of communication - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence and achieving goals - Tech savvy - Weekend availability
