Customer Service - Remote - $16.50 -$17.50 per hour
Location - REMOTE (Illinois Residents Only)
A company in Chicago is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the Customer Service Representative to be the first step in helping customers and is vital to the company’s success. The position receives a high volume of inbound calls and will make outbound calls to follow up with clients and customers. This position is 100% remote.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
-Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Outlook
-Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
-Attention to detail
-Ability to multi-task
-Good phone etiquette
Customer Service Requirements:
-Up to 1 year of Customer Service Experience
-Bilingual - English and Spanish
-Call center experience preferred but not required
