Customer Service Representative-Video Sharing
Location: PH-Taguig/Quezon City
Compensation: 23K - 27K / Month
Minimum Education: Associate/2 years in college
Job Type: Full Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Answering incoming consumer calls
-Addressing customer questions and demands
-Creating and keeping up-to-date files
-Ensuring that consumer demands are addressed properly and promptly
-Making use of various business and client-based tools and apps for managing and serving customers
-Offering state-of-the-art service in a welcoming, assured, and informed manner
QUALIFICATIONS
• Completed 2 years in college
• Must have phone, chat, and email BPO job experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work on night shift/ shifting schedule.
• Willing to work onsite (Taguig/Quezon City)
• Willing to start ASAP
