Job description - Customer Success Executive
In this Customer Success Executive role, you'll be expected to help maintain and foster the relationships between the company and its customers to ensure strong and productive growth.
That will be achieved through working with customers directly to achieve their employee referral goals, demonstrate value and ensure successful licence renewal.
Key responsibilities - Customer Success Executive
For this Customer Service Executive role, your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating long-term value via multiple communication channels to ensure licence renewal.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your customers.
- Preparing reports and updating stakeholders on progress against goals.
- Identifying areas that are inhibiting success and sharing ideas/features/resources to overcome them.
- Looking for opportunities to grow the customer partnership.
- Gathering valuable client feedback to share with the development team and prospective clients.
