We are hiring a Customer Support (m/f)
Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide assistance to callers based on their needs.
* Search database for Customers needing special assistance.
* Report Discrepancies
* Monitor first call resolution
* Track call trends
* Participate in projects that involves employee satisfaction
* Design surveys and the programs to data enter and analyze the data retrieved from the surveys.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree
* 2+ years’ experience in customer support
* Impeccable oral and written communication skills in one of the following laguages: French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and/ or Arabic
* Excellent internet research skills
