As a remote data entry clerk, you will be responsible for entering information into our computer systems or databases with high accuracy and efficiency. This is a remote position, and you will work from home, so excellent self-motivation and discipline are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems or databases with high accuracy and efficiency
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Utilize software applications to enter and manage data
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Perform other data entry-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of data entry experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (60+ words per minute)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
