We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role is crucial for ensuring that our information is current and accessible. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy. - Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Assist with data management tasks, including organizing and filing documents. - Generate reports and summaries as required. - Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus. - Proven experience in data entry or similar roles. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. - Excellent time management and organizational skills.
