About the role
• Partner with CTO/ VP Engineering of potential partner companies for strategic partnerships (institutional programs, project collaborations, and new initiatives)
• Build thought leadership for the organisation among engineering companies
• Own ongoing engagements with key partner companies at the highest levels (CEO/ CTO/ VP-Eng.)
• Conceptualize and execute moon-shot initiatives to grow the brand
Ideal background
• 10+ years of experience in consultative selling to technical leaders (CTO/ VP Engineering), in Semicon/ Analytics/ leadership hiring
• Good network in engineering orgs of growth/expansion stage start-ups; prior experience in start-up partnerships function preferred
• Most importantly, be self-driven; comfort around ambiguity and bias towards action
