You will join a CoE (Center of excellence) in charge of a well reputed group’s architecture and security team based in Antwerp.
Your responsibilities are to:
• Provide strategy advice to diverse stakeholders (architecture team, CoE, CISO,etc)
• Translate the strategy into security solutions
• Create and develop security architecture reusable artifacts (models, templates, procedures and standards)
• Shape a coherent information security architecture
• Contribute actively to the changes necessary for increasing of the quality of the security architecture function in IT.
• Follow current security technologies and information trends .
• Facilitate innovation across the organization's boundaries and lead an innovative process.
Basically, you won’t have to design, but will have to think/advise the company about Security.
Must have:
• You have a master’s degree OR a 5-year experience in enterprise security architecture.
• You speak English well.
• You have experience in agile way of working, shift left-approach and enabling security strategies by design that are business aligned and self-service.
• You are a facilitator, in terms of security requirements and between stakeholders.
• You can translate the risk to business terms (the why) and can provide the right risk assessment drivers.
• You are a good communicator and motivator, show initiative and leadership
• You develop the definition of fitting security frameworks and the 'definition of done' with a view to value stream. At the capability level, you explain which non-functional security requirements are required and how to deploy them.
