We are seeking an energetic and highly organized entry-level virtual assistant to support our growing organization with administrative tasks, data entry, and other operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who is seeking a flexible and remote work opportunity and has excellent communication, administrative, and computer skills.
Responsibilities
Conduct data entry tasks, including entering customer information, sales data, and other relevant details into our database
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate and timely information
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
Handle a variety of day-to-day tasks as assigned by the manager
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company information
Perform other tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities
High school diploma or equivalent required
