IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL FOCUS ON:
Task list curation
Inbox management
Calendar management
Spreadsheet management
Double checking that automated pay is working properly
Financial/spreadsheet modeling
Taking relevant notes at meetings
Proofreading content
Communicating with the team constantly on the progress of tasks
Reporting on the effectiveness of the marketing efforts in our client's accounts
Staying up to date with our current industry trends and making suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
At least 1 year of executive assistance experience
Previous B2B experience
Excellent English communication skills
Great attention to detail
Proactive
Knowledgeable in using these tools: Google Drive, Asana, Excel/Sheets, Google Docs, and Dropbox
IT WOULD BE EXTRA AWESOME IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
Proficient in using Xero and Bill.com
