Roles and Responsibilities Willingness to work on field and flexibility required. Primary goal is to increase sales of sellers through face to face meetings , consultations. Regular follow up with all sellers. Maintaining strong relationship with existing sellers and onboarding new sellers. Conduct market research, Staying up to date on industry trends , pricing according to the market , advertisement revenue ROI etc. Preparing and submitting regular reports on sales activities. Achieving sales targets of sellers on regular basis. Ensuring Category business grows on platform. Category are Mobile, Large Appliances, Furniture and Electronics. Post Onboarding, we have to ensure Seller brings Varieties of Listing. Example: Mobile Seller should get more models - Furniture sellers should get more sofa/table/bed designs - Should get more screen guard, case covers, better designs of case cover, new items related to Mobile (These are just examples and not only requirements). Desired Candidate Profile Should be a Graduate in any stream. Should have minimum 12 months of experience in Sales - Business development - Field marketing. Need Immediate joiners.
