Identify and contact potential Clients for business opportunities.
Schedule daily Clients appointments and make service presentations
Build relations with Clients through cold calling, social media, meetings (Virtual/ In-person), emails, references, etc.
Handle whole Business development Cycle that includes approaching clients, presenting services, showing potential candidates for Clients requirements; negotiating the contract terms with Clients, strategies the hiring process for Client, delivery of resources to client, etc.
Maintain up to date information about company services for Sales
Draft the benefit of company services in engaging manner to share with Clients
Share specific requirements from the client to recruiting team
Make the strategy with team members for Client requirements and update the same to Client timely.
Manage fruitful relationships with Clients and communicate with Clients time to time.
Work with other business development executive to achieve Sales target for other services of Company
Maintain data of Sales, Invoices etc.
Attend workshop and conferences to market the company brand
Maintain contacts with other people from different Domains.
