Our network of "Freelance Recruiters" will be the key success factor to expand to multiple domains across the board and become a full stack Recruitment Partner and the only source our clients will ever need. As a part of this expansion, we are creating a "Community of Freelance Recruiters" across and make hring possible via this community. It is a great opportunity for experienced Recruiters, who can work independently, and would like a flexible working scenario with significant remuneration. Responsibilities Sourcing - This is the first point of contact with potential candidates, and in many ways makes all the difference in our hiring capabilities. You need to come up with innovative ways to tap into varied digital recruitment platforms and connect with potential candidates through emails, messaging, cold calling. You will need to hunt, reach out, build trust, influence and finally convert top candidates to join our clients. Head Hunting - When it comes to attracting the most sought-after talent, it takes a lot more than the standard recruitment process. Do you have the EQ to influence, guide and build trust with Managers and Leaders? Do you have a knack to convince / influence / motivate senior executives to come onboard with our clients? Working Model Work Timings / Commitment - This is a flexible working model (Much need in the "Times of Corona"), where you can choose to dedicate as less as 10 hours / week (Part-Time) and take it up from there (only if you see value). You can also work from anywhere (home, beach, cafe...) and in a completely flexible way. Pay - It is a variable pay model, where you earn for as many successful placements done via candidates referred by you. You can earn anywhere between 10K to 50K+ per hire (Depending on the level of hire) Transparency - We maintain maximum transparency on our business model (Financial, Processes etc.) and ensure to give complete credit to our "Freelance Recruiter" partners for referred candidates. Efficiency - As we work with a large number of companies, prospective candidates referred by you will be shared with a large number of Companies, hence increasing your chances of a closure with a good referral. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a seasoned recruiter, who is great with making conversations, building trust, inspire confidence amongst the candidates to find them the right next step for their careers. We are looking for smart and passionate talent acquisition professionals. You will be representing our brand to prospective candidates, and also influence them in their decision making process.
