An exciting new role has come available for a fluent French speaker to join an international Tech Support team for a very well known networking hardware company. This is a work from home role and can be anywhere done anywhere in Ireland as long as you have good broadband connection and a quiet space to work in your home. Alternatively you can work from their office in Cork. As a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist you will provide first line phone, email and live chat support to business customers for NAS, Switching, Routing, Wireless and Security devices. You will manage a queue of varied customer tickets bringing each to a mutually satisfactory resolution, which can also include utilizing other departments or tiers of support. The succesful candidate has: Fluent French and English Previous technical or customer support experience CCNA / CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential, relevant experience will be taken into consideration. Experience of supporting NAS devices will be an advantage. Comprehensive understanding of PC hardware/software and be fully conversant with routed TCP/IP, Firewalls, LAN and other network technologies as well as the Windows operating system. Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both highly technical and novice customers. Team player Working hours: M-F 8am-5.30 pm 40 hrs per week -  PC will be provided to the successful candidate if they wish to work remotely.
