We are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. The right candidate will attend to visitors and answer with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply info regarding the company to the general public, clients, and customers.
$20$-25 per hour
Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives
Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
Directing visitors to the correct office
Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong phone skills
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
